Article 1: General Provisions
The e-commerce site Danhocosmetics, operated by Danhocosmetics SRL, with its registered office at Avenue Louise 367, 1050 Brussels (Belgium), company number BE 1018.503.661, phone +32 493 96 29 61, email info@danhocosmetics.com, (hereinafter referred to as "the Seller"), offers its customers the possibility to purchase beauty and care products online.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the "Conditions") apply to any order placed via the website www.danhocosmetics.com.
By validating their order, the customer (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") acknowledges having read, understood, and unreservedly accepted these Conditions.
No other condition, even if originating from the Customer, shall apply unless agreed upon in writing and in advance by Danhocosmetics.
Article 2: Prices
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT), unless otherwise specified.
Delivery, payment, or other additional costs are specified before the order is confirmed.
For orders shipped to a country outside the European Union, the Customer may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which shall be their sole responsibility.
Danhocosmetics is in no way responsible for these additional costs.
Product photos are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a contractual commitment. Only textual descriptions are binding.
Article 3: Offer
Products offered on the website are available while stocks last.
Danhocosmetics strives to ensure accurate and up-to-date presentation of its products but cannot be held responsible for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the information published.
In the event of an item being unavailable after an order has been placed, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and may choose between a refund, a credit note, or an exchange.
Article 4: Orders and payment
4.1. Order Process
The Customer selects their chosen products, adds them to their cart, and confirms their order after checking the details and total price.
The order becomes firm after payment confirmation.
Danhocosmetics reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a Customer with whom there has been a previous dispute or a suspicion of fraud.
4.2. Payment Methods
Payments are secured and can be made via:
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Bancontact
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- PayPal
The order is considered accepted upon receipt of full payment.
Article 5: Delivery
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order.
Deliveries are possible in Belgium and within the European Union.
For any delivery request outside this area, the Customer is invited to contact customer service at info@danhocosmetics.com.
Delivery times are indicative. Danhocosmetics cannot be held responsible for any delay due to the carrier or a force majeure event.
The risk is transferred to the Customer upon physical receipt of the package.
Any damaged or non-compliant item must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
Article 6: Retention of Title
Delivered products remain the property of Danhocosmetics until full payment of the price.
In case of non-payment, the Seller reserves the right to repossess the products concerned.
Article 7: Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Belgian and European legislation, the consumer Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason.
The Customer must notify their decision by email to info@danhocosmetics.com or by mail to the registered office address.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unopened and unused, within 14 days of notification.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.
If these conditions are met, Danhocosmetics will offer a credit note or an exchange. No monetary refund will be issued.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that have been opened, used, or whose seals have been removed;
- Personalized or custom-made products;
- Sale or promotional items.
Article 8: Vouchers and promotional codes
Vouchers or promotional codes issued by Danhocosmetics are non-transferable, non-refundable, and valid for a maximum period of one year.
They cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers, unless otherwise specified.
Article 9: Warranty
Products benefit from the two-year legal warranty of conformity provided for by the Belgian Civil Code.
In case of a defect, the Customer must contact customer service within a reasonable period (maximum two weeks) after discovery.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Damage caused by improper use, poor maintenance, or unsuitable storage;
- Alterations due to non-compliant handling.

Article 11: Default of Payment
Any sum not paid by the due date will, after a reminder remaining without effect within 14 days, incur late payment interest at the statutory rate increased by 8%, as well as a fixed compensation for recovery costs, in accordance with the Belgian law of August 2, 2002.
Article 12: Data Protection (GDPR)
Danhocosmetics complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679) and the Belgian law of July 30, 2018.
Collected data is used only for:
- Order fulfillment;
- Customer relationship management;
- Sending commercial information (with prior consent).
The Customer has the following rights at all times:
- Right of access, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing;
- Right to data portability;
- Right to object to processing for marketing purposes.

Danhocosmetics never shares or sells personal data to third parties without explicit consent.
Article 13: Cookies
The site uses cookies to improve the user experience and analyze traffic.
Only essential cookies are activated by default.

Article 14: Partial Nullity
If any clause of these Conditions is deemed invalid, the other provisions shall remain fully applicable.
The fact that Danhocosmetics does not exercise a right cannot be interpreted as a waiver of that right.

Danhocosmetics reserves the right to modify these Conditions at any time.
The applicable Conditions are those in force on the date of the order.
Article 16: Applicable Law and Disputes
These Conditions are governed by Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, the courts of Brussels shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer's right to refer the matter to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:
