Formulated with argan oil and aloe vera, this sulfate-free cleansing gel removes impurities and excess sebum while respecting the skin's natural balance.

Wet your face with lukewarm water. Take a small amount of gel and massage gently, avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly and then pat dry with a soft towel.

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with water. Keep out of reach of children.

Ingredients (INCI): Aqua, Sodium C14-16 Olefin Sulfonate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, PEG/PPG-120/10 Trimethylolpropane Trioleate, Sodium Chloride, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Polyquaternium-7, Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Laureth-2, Citric Acid, Disodium EDTA.

5. Processing times

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding weekends and public holidays), subject to product availability.
In case of stockout or an exceptional delay, the customer is informed by email as soon as possible.


6. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
You can track your package directly via the provided link or on the chosen carrier's website.


7. Delivery delay or non-delivery

If your order is not delivered within the estimated timeframe, please first check the tracking information.
If there is a problem, contact our customer service at info@danhocosmetics.com with your order number.

b. Lost package

If the carrier confirms the loss of the package, Danhocosmetics will arrange a new shipment or a credit note after verification.

c. Incorrect or incomplete address

In case of an error in the address provided by the customer, reshipment costs will be borne by the customer.

8. Order receipt

Upon receipt of the package, the customer must check the condition of the products.
If the package is damaged or open, it is advisable to:

  • refuse it, or
  • take photos and immediately report the problem to the carrier and to info@danhocosmetics.com.

Any complaint regarding missing, defective, or damaged products must be made within 48 hours of receipt.


9. International delivery and customs duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees may apply.
These costs are borne by the customer and are not included in the sales price or in the delivery costs displayed on the website.

Danhocosmetics has no control over these additional costs and cannot be held responsible for their application.


10. Delivery-related returns

In case of package return due to:

  • non-receipt,
  • incorrect address,
  • absence of recipient,

the package can be reshipped (at the customer's expense) or reimbursed as a credit note, after deducting shipping costs.


11. Force majeure

Danhocosmetics cannot be held responsible for delays or inabilities to deliver due to circumstances beyond its control, such as:

  • natural disasters, bad weather, strikes, war, pandemic, etc.

In these cases, delivery will be postponed to a later date without compensation.

3. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article VI.47 of the Belgian Economic Law Code, every consumer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the package to notify their wish to withdraw without reason.

To exercise this right, you must send a clear request:

  • by email to info@danhocosmetics.com, or
  • by post to:

No penalties will be applied, but return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.


4. Return Conditions

For an item to be accepted for return, it must meet all of the following conditions:
Be returned within 14 days after the notification of withdrawal;
Be new, unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging;
Be accompanied by the order number or purchase invoice.

Items not meeting these conditions will not be refunded or exchanged.


5. Products Excluded from the Right of Return

For reasons of hygiene and safety, certain items cannot be returned:

Step 2 – Package Preparation

Carefully pack the products in their original packaging, with all accessories, instructions, and any protective materials.
Products damaged during return shipping cannot be accepted.

7. Processing and Refund Times

Upon receipt and inspection of the package, we will inform you by email of the validation or refusal of your return.

  • If the return is accepted, a credit note, an exchange, or a refund (depending on your initial choice) will be issued within a maximum of 14 working days from receipt.
  • The refund is made via the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

⚠️ Original shipping costs are not refunded, unless the item delivered was damaged or incorrect.


8. Defective Items or Delivery Error

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@danhocosmetics.com with:

  • a photo of the product concerned.

After verification, we will offer you:

  • a free replacement,
  • a credit note, or
  • a full refund, including shipping and return costs.

9. Unclaimed or Refused Orders

If a package is returned to Danhocosmetics due to:

  • non-collection,
  • incorrect or incomplete address,
  • refusal of delivery without valid reason,

a credit note (excluding shipping costs) may be issued.
Reshipment of the package is possible, but reshipment costs will remain the responsibility of the customer.


10. Exceptions related to Promotions and Vouchers

Purchases made using a voucher or promotional code are refunded as a credit note.
Discounted items (sales, promotions) are not eligible for a refund, unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.

The customer is responsible for:

  • the secure packaging of the return parcel,
  • the proof of postage for the parcel (tracking number),
  • the proper receipt of the return at the indicated address.

Danhocosmetics cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage during return transport.
